Lights Out and Away We Go – A Formula One Review
Round 15 – Baku. George Russell finally won a race again, Red Bull got their first double podium since 2024, and Kimi Antonelli’s championship lead is cut instead of extended for the first time in a long time.
Because there was no race this week, I decided to do a write-up of team stats and driver lineups. I also included the team principals for each team as well as how many championships (Driver’s and Constructor’s) that each team has won.
Round 14 – Madrid. Kimi takes home another win and extends his championship lead. Despite many people anticipating at least one crash, the only casualties were Lewis Hamilton’s and Lance Stroll’s brakes.
Round 13 – Monza. Pierre Gasly has an insane qualifying & Kimi Antonelli becomes the first Italian driver to win at Monza since 1966.
Round 15 – Baku

Baku is a street circuit (one of six on the current calendar) and it’s sort of infamous for being somewhat chaotic no matter what happens.
