Submissions are currently CLOSED. The submission period is open from August 1st through April 21st, with a break from December 11th to January 31st

The River is an online collection of contemporary literature. Works previously submitted to The River may be considered for publication in the print Sandy River Review.

Please let us know in the comments what type of work you are submitting (i.e. fiction, nonfiction, poetry, dramatic work, etc.).

Please consolidate all submissions into ONE PDF or Word document for written material, clearly distinguishing each work.
