By Sevde Kaldiroglu

Sometimes You have a way of making men fall in love with you think God brought you to life to bring light to people’s lives You look like a maneater though sometimes you wonder why light becomes hurt perhaps it shines too bright You truly are amazing, you know that it burns sometimes you wonder why then the idea of a She doesn’t want a relationship suffocates you when all you want is someone with soft eyelids to kiss and a mind to discuss politics with All the games you’re caught up in the shower after making love and a mouth with a soft chuckle to hold in a mason jar You are such a femme fatale, didn’t know that will last for the fleeting life of a wind yet how come you fit all those glass jars inside your carry-on and take them everywhere you go how come you love all yet you’re in love with You just wanted a buddy, you said no one and when you lose a I have complex feelings for you, can we take a break from our friendship it aches the most the loss sinks your soul You’re not meant to be tied down dims your light you still hope that if you wrap the jars in newspaper tightly enough they won’t break You were just that special girl carry on you whisper but the bag is too heavy to board My first love holds your hand chokes your breath the way the jars trapped all of theirs Jezebel inhales inside the glass the steam of consumed breaths
